DAFFNE
My name is Daffne. I am a bassethound and I was born in 18th June, 2016 in Malá Karolína kennel in Czech Republic. My father is from Finland and my mother is from Czechia. When I was 4 months old my boss and his wife brought me to Slovakia. There we live together in a house with a garden.
The life here is very nice, I can play a lot with my two dachshund friends, Aisha and Treasy. They are so little and eat such a small amount of food that it's funny. On the other site, I like to eat, everything and much of it. But my boss is careful about my weight, because fat basset is ugly.

Another one of my favourite hobbies is sleeping. Even though we have a big garden we go everyday with my bosses for a long walk in a park, to the square, along the streets and to shopping centres.
People are always smiling at me and taking photos of me, especially children. In these walks I chase cats, greet other dogs and find tasty food remains. Bosses are always angry when I eat them, but then why are people throwing them on the ground, if not for us, dogs?
With my boss we are regularly exercising - calling on a whistle and other disciplines. It takes me some time to understand what he wants from me, but I am rewarded when I am good.
We are going to exhibitions and field trials. I like that - we are going with a car, there are many kinds of dogs and people.
Bosses are always talking about some BOBs, CACs and champions, but they are all happy.
They are photographing me by winner cups, although they are empty.
With my boss we use to go to forest. There are many interesting scents and fresh trails. I especially like the rabbit and deer ones. At that moment I start loudly barking from the happiness. We have already been on hunts on foxes, pheasants, boars and deers. I like that very much.
I like being at home, when dachshunds have little puppies, because I can play with them. There are plenty of them and everywhere! But my boss said, that I am already old enough to have my own puppies, so now I am good to have them delivered.
